The Training

The Training Segment of the Web Mastery Program provides a very comprehensive and progressive system of Learning all you need to know to go from basic beginner to online expert, from Web Mystery to Web Mastery!

New for 2010 – Bruce has completely expanded and in some areas re-written the content of the Courses to make it one of the most complete and up-to-date of any available worldwide.

The Training Course is now in a Series of Modules using Multi-Media Delivery, both online and offline.  The Course is “competency-based”, with a “Learn-by-Doing” approach as it steps you through all that you need to know to be a competent Internet Marketer and Website Developer. Our unique approach is designed to guide you through all the ins and outs and complexities involved in having your own Online Business. Besides significant amounts of unique material, The Training includes several additional Courses within it, based on the work of some of the top Internet Marketing people in the world (several of whom I have studied with directly).

  • Website Creation and Development of your Online Business
  • The essential Mindset to succeed and the secret principles
  • Discovering, researching and working within a Niche market

  • Creating and developing your own Mailing List and using Opt-in forms and Autoresponders

  • How To Use all the Hosting Resources supplied plus your own eCommerce and Affiliate systems
  • Advanced Marketing Principles and Learn from the Masters of Marketing

As mentioned – the Delivery of the Training is “Multi-Media”, both Online and Offline via your Computer and involves these components:

  • Course Content Online – All Modules have Daily scheduled reading tasks with Audio and/or Video
  • Membership Areas have downloadable Content ie. PDF files and MP3’s as well as on-site articles
  • Includes several Series of Video Tutorials (with new ones developed regularly)
  • Email messages that deliver guidelines for your progress plus specific To-Do tasks
  • Direct Personal communication with Bruce Gibson via Phone, Skype or Chat (GTalk)
  • TeleSeminars, Podcasts, Video downloads, Audio MP3’s
  • Web Workshops & Training Seminars with Bruce Gibson will also be available (optional), (if in your Area)

The Course Format.

So that it is easier for you to follow the Training and get the most from your experience – I have set-out the bulk of the Courses into Modules that would be delivered to you at a pace that suits you but is designed to be done as 4-6 Hours per week in approx. 60 minute Lessons. If you miss a day, you catch up within the same week and progress through all the Course Modules over a period of 9 to 12 months. The new format is designed to keep the flow of communication going and so that I may support you in your progress through the entire Training Program.

  1. There will be Daily emails with Instructions, reading and activity Tasks and Video or Audio
  2. The WebmasteryTraining.com Members Area will have all Online information or links to the Lesson material, set-out in The Modules
  3. Fortnightly Chats or Phone Calls will be scheduled for you personally
  4. Monthly TeleSeminars for all Students (which will also be recorded if you can’t make it)
  5. Each Module of The Training is designed to take 1 Month to complete the Study and Action tasks
  6. You will write a short report and show your progress at the end of each Module

Each Module is divided into about 20 Lessons. Bruce also uses “Enhanced Learning” Processes to help you grasp and apply each of the Lessons. These processes come from his experience of 20 years in adult education as well as from his background in both Neuro-Linguistics (professional NLP) and Educational Kinesiology (EduK).

Each Lesson has the following sections focusing on each area for just 15-20 minutes :

  1. Learning the Concepts and developing the Mindframe
  2. Instructional Learning Process, includes the Video Tutorials or audio. Visual aides used where possible
  3. Learn-by-Doing Action Tasks, where you apply the steps or techniques

Plus for each Lesson there is:

  • Additional Reading
  • Questions & Answers
  • Niche and Marketing Research
  • Additional MP3’s or Podcasts
  • Reference material

There are 7 Core Modules in this Training Program to be completed in 5 to 9 months (pace can be varied), but you will already have a fully functional Website of your own by the completion of Month 1! Subsequent Lessons further develop your Website and you learn all about Internet Marketing.

  15. The Basic Sales Process – essential factors
  16. Your sales page and Thankyou page, product delivery

  18. Expanding your Website pages & functionality with Widgets
  19. Initial promotion and traffic-getting techniques
  20. Developing your Plans for Your Own Online Business
